Mandatory Skills:
- 2+ years of experience delivering enterprise IAM/IGA/SSO services, including multi system integrations and operationalization
- Ability to provide personnel for a 2-year commitment
- Ability for proposed personnel to work in LAUSD's time zone
- Experience integrating custom applications with cloud directory API (e.g. Entra ID, Google Workspace)
- Experience gathering requirements and converting them into architecture, design, and other planning documents.
- Experience documenting current and future states, along with gap analysis.
- Knowledge and experience with security standards and industry best practices.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Visio.
- Effective oral & written communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of District employees and the public.
- Ability to build consensus among various user groups.
- Experience working in a multi-project or program environment.
- Experience working on information technology projects.
- BS or BA degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
