Job DetailsThe Sourcing Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, logistics of raw materials, vendor relationships, alignment with scheduling, and MRP maintenance. This role ensures efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and operational excellence across the supply chain to support business objectives and customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (preferred)
- Minimum 1-4 years of manufacturing experience with a focus in manufacturing or process areas
- Strong knowledge of 3D CAD or CAM and SolidWorks
