Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager with strong SAP project management expertise to lead enterprise-level engineering and software delivery initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, leadership, and technical coordination skills while managing cross-functional teams in Agile and hybrid delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of enterprise software and AI programs across engineering, QA, and business teams.
• Coordinate multiple cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of project milestones and deliverables.
• Collaborate with technical leads and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable system designs and validation strategies.
• Drive Agile and hybrid project delivery processes including sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and daily standups.
• Establish and monitor KPI dashboards for sprint health, bug tracking, velocity, and release transparency using Jira and Confluence.
• Implement change management, risk mitigation, and technical debt tracking processes to improve delivery efficiency.
• Support release planning, CI/CD coordination, and enterprise integration activities.
• Prepare stakeholder reports, executive updates, and project roadmaps.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10–12 years of hands-on project management experience.
• Minimum 4+ years managing SAP projects.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM workflows and enterprise integrations.
• Experience managing enterprise initiatives involving AI platforms, Workday, or platform modernization projects.
• Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Experience with KPI/OKR tracking, risk mitigation, and change management processes.
