- 14+ years of Data Science / Machine Learning experience.
- Strong experience with recommendation, personalization, ranking, and ad-targeting models.
- Retail, AdTech, E-commerce, or Retail Media experience preferred.
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience with collaborative filtering, learning-to-rank, deep learning, and recommendation algorithms.
- Strong knowledge of customer segmentation, A/B testing, and ML model evaluation.
- Experience with Databricks and AWS preferred.
