We re seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in mechanical construction who can operate independently and lead projects with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee preconstruction, planning, scheduling, logistics, and procurement.

  • Review, approve, and manage project budgets, resources, and costtocomplete.

  • Negotiate subcontractor agreements and manage vendor relationships.

  • Drive project financial performance, including profitability and cash flow.

  • Lead design coordination with engineers, architects, and trade partners.

  • Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and monthly cost reporting.

  • Ensure safety compliance and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

  • Maintain and grow client relationships; support pursuit of new work.

  • Coordinate CAD, fabrication, and field labor resources.

  • Provide leadership to subcontractors, PE/APM staff, and field teams.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced construction environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project; experience with AutoBid, P6, and Bluebeam preferred.

  • Mechanical construction knowledge and solid project management capability.

  • Ability to analyze project risks, prepare SWOT assessments, and support estimating.

  • Professional vendor solicitation and procurement experience.

Experience & Education

  • Bachelor s degree or 10+ years of relevant experience.

  • Minimum 5 years managing construction projects up to $15M in scope.
