Job Description
You will be the Electrical Engineer (Weapons) - Level 3 for the Weapons Integration - Stores Management System team which is responsible for delivering advanced weapon system communications for F-16 and F-22 platforms.
What You Will Be Doing
Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Level 3 Electrical Engineer for the F-16 and F-22 Stores Management System (SMS) teams within the Weapons Integration organization. Your responsibilities will include:
Integrating various weapon systems onto aircraft platforms.
Hands-on electrical troubleshooting and testing.
Developing system design, testing, and certification plans.
Author and maintain technical documentation, including system design documents and test reports.
Apply system engineering processes and perform technical analysis to ensure performance and reliability.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to support production and sustainment efforts.
Provide technical expertise to improve system architecture.
Job will entail being in-person full-time at Lockheed Martin's Fort Worth facility.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
Experience with extracting the functionality of digital and analog circuits from electrical schematics
Digital data messaging (periodic computation and transmit rates, signal types, numerical types, logical signals and logical enumerations) experience
Familiarity with electrical measurement lab equipment
Desired skills
Cleared to F-22
Highly motivated individual with the ability to learn continuously and to identify multiple avenues to successfully reach team goals
Ability to formulate logical approaches to resolving technical problems
Ability to decompose aircraft system requirements and generate subsystem technical requirements
Ability to generate Statement of Work documents
Ability to perform technical evaluations of supplier proposals and deliverables (acceptance, qualification test procedures and reports)
Ability to generate basis of estimates for customer proposals and track schedules for team tasks
Ability to work individually and with team members across multiple organizations
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to develop clear technical presentations for customers and suppliers

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $85,500 - $150,765. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $98,300 - $170,315. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
