Summary

Job Title: Visualfabriq Functional Lead
Location: Plano, TX/Remote

Duration: 12+ Months
 
Must-Have: Visualfabriq TPM expertise, end-to-end implementation, client-facing leadership, travel 20–50%

Responsibilities
• Lead TPM functional design & implementation (Visualfabriq)
• Conduct stakeholder workshops (Sales, Finance, Trade Marketing, RGM, IT)
• Define/optimize TPM processes: promotion planning, budgeting, claims, forecasting
• Validate functional specs, user stories, configurations
• Support SIT, UAT, regression testing & deployment
• Partner with PMs/architects on scope, risks, timelines

Requirements
• 7+ yrs TPM, CPG systems, or enterprise implementations
• Hands-on Visualfabriq TPM experience
• Strong CPG trade promotion expertise
• Stakeholder management & workshop facilitation
• Bridge business and technical teams
