REQUIREMENTS:

• The successful candidate will have experience with the implementation of an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system where the customer was employing a paper-based charting system.
• Possess Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification for a minimum of '5' years,
• Be able to work in the Harrisburg office two (2) days a week as requested.
• Participate with Program Office staff in off-site meetings (i.e., State Health Centers), if required/requested.
• Seven (7) to nine (9) years of relevant Project Management experience proving they have/can perform the role effectively.
• Experience with organizational change management (OCM) with independent customers is preferred.
• Experience with EHR and/or EMR, health informatics, and health IT.
• Directs, administers, manages, and facilitates enhancement(s), re-engineering of a business process(es) for a developmental project.
• Ultimately responsible for the HHS DOH program implementation. The PM s primary responsibility is to drive the entire effort from start to finish. The PM must ensure that the project is completed on schedule, within the defined budget and that the final product meets the business, technical, and established quality requirements.
• Familiar with the five (5) phases along with inputs/outputs identified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) that combine to turn a project idea into a working product.
