Job Overview:
Pay Range $50hr - $55hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- AI/GenAI advisory or consulting experience with agentic use cases.
- Strong workshop facilitation and CXO-level communication.
- Business KPI mapping and value-case articulation.
- Understanding of Gemini Enterprise / Vertex AI capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct use case discovery workshops with business SMEs.
- Assess complexity, feasibility, ROI, and reuse potential; map to the 300+ agent library.
- Define agent scope, personas, workflows, success KPIs, and adoption strategy.
- Support solutioning and value articulation for leadership approvals.
- Partner with architects and developers to convert business needs into agent specifications.
Nice to Have:
- Domain fluency in Finance, Marketing, or HR.
- Experience with Google Marketplace agents and reuse frameworks.
- Design-thinking and solution-consulting background.
Education and Experience:
- 10+ years consulting with 3+ years in AI/GenAI advisory.
- Relevant AI/Cloud certification preferred.
- Must be able to work onsite in the USA aligned to business hours.
