Power Platform Engineer
Location: Memphis, TN or Remote
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Engineer to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade solutions using Microsofts Power Platform. This role will focus on building scalable applications, automating workflows, and delivering data-driven insights while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to thrive in an agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate, and Power BI Build and manage integrations with enterprise systems using APIs and Microsoft technologies Develop solutions leveraging Dataverse and related data services Ensure security, compliance, and governance across Power Platform implementations Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Troubleshoot issues, provide ongoing support, and optimize existing applications Contribute to Agile development processes and DevOps practices
Required Qualifications
4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform development Strong proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI Experience with programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) Experience building and consuming APIs and integrating enterprise systems Familiarity with Dataverse and related data models Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with tools such as Azure DevOps and Git Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment Bachelors degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Dynamics 365 modules and integrations Familiarity with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Service Bus, and Azure SQL Experience with data migration tools such as SSIS or similar platforms Knowledge of advanced Power Platform configurations, including plugins, workflows, and custom actions Experience managing security within Power Apps environments
