Job Description:
We are seeking a Helpdesk System Analyst to provide technical support and ensure seamless IT operations for end-users. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills and experience supporting enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support for Windows 11, Active Directory, and Microsoft O365
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, VPN, and RDP issues
• Manage user accounts, password resets, and Exchange Admin tasks
• Support Microsoft Teams IP phone systems
• Document and track issues using ticketing systems
• Utilize PowerShell for troubleshooting and automation
• Support security tools like OKTA and CrowdStrike
• Assist with AWS and SharePoint environments
Required Skills:
• 3+ years of Helpdesk / Technical Support experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Active Directory, and O365
• Experience with VPN, RDP, and networking troubleshooting
• Experience supporting IP phone systems
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft certifications
• Experience with OKTA, CrowdStrike, AWS, and SharePoint
Additional Requirements:
• Candidate must be local to Atlanta, GA
• Must be available to work onsite
