Summary

·         Design, build, and configure SAP HCM applications to meet LATAM business processes and application requirements.

·         Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs) and schemas for Time Evaluation and Payroll processing.

·         Provide level-3 functional and technical support (break/fix, expert guidance, system enhancements, and monitoring).

·         Execute unit testing in HPALM, creating detailed test scripts and documentation with screenshots for UAT sign-off.

·         Configure CATS (Positive & Negative time) within SAP S/4HANA environments.

·         Manage complex country-specific tax, benefit, and vacation configurations for Mexico, Costa Rica, and Peru.

REQUIRED SKILLS

·         5+ years of experience in SAP Time-Management and SAP Payroll.

·         5+ years of experience configuring PCRs and schemas for payroll and time evaluation.

·         Experience with 5+ full lifecycle implementations in SAP S/4HANA with CATS (Positive & Negative time).

·         Deep technical expertise in SAP HCM Payroll specific to LATAM regions (Mexico, Costa Rica, and Peru tax, benefits, and vacation rules).

·         Full professional proficiency in English.
