Role Overview
We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Program Manager Supply Chain AI who can effectively bridge business operations and technical teams. This individual will serve as a key operator and communicator, partnering closely with Operating Companies (Op-Cos) to drive alignment, ensure consistent stakeholder messaging, and accelerate AI adoption across the supply chain ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic liaison between Op-Cos, product, data science, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop a deep understanding of Supply Chain AI products and translate business challenges into clear, actionable technical requirements.
- Partner hands-on with data science and engineering teams to support end-to-end AI product development from ideation and solution design to deployment and scaling.
- Ensure technical capabilities are directly tied to measurable operational outcomes and business impact.
- Drive disciplined program execution while managing ambiguity and evolving priorities.
- Influence cross-functional stakeholders and facilitate decision-making across complex organizational structures.
- Support the scaling and adoption of AI-driven solutions across multiple Op-Cos.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong operator with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated experience working with AI/ML-driven products, preferably within supply chain or operations environments.
- Ability to understand technical architectures and effectively collaborate with engineering and data science teams.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional programs in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on execution, alignment, and measurable business outcomes.
