Databricks AI Engineer
Title – Senior /lead
Position Summary
We are seeking a Databricks AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions on the Databricks Lakehouse Platform. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Databricks, Spark, MLOps, and modern AI technologies, with experience delivering scalable, production-ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions using Databricks.
- Create, train, and operationalize machine learning models using MLflow.
- Design RAG-based and LLM-powered applications.
- Implement MLOps best practices, including CI/CD, monitoring, and governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-driven AI solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, data engineering, or related fields.
- Strong hands-on experience with Databricks, PySpark, Python, and SQL.
- Experience with MLflow, Delta Lake, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform).
- Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, and MLOps practices.
Preferred Skill
- Databricks certifications.
- Experience with RAG, vector databases, LangChain/LangGraph, and Agentic AI.
