MS Dynamics Architect

Location: Pittsburgh, PA (REMOTE)

Job Description: MS Dynamics Architect

Experience Level: 8-10+ years

Key Responsibilities:

• Must have experience as a Solution Architect in Dynamic 365 and Proven experience implementing Dynamics 365.
• Strong Expertise in Supply Chain Management Domain experience
• Must have knowledge on Quotes, Order Entries, etc.
• Good to have experience transitioning from Unified Service Desk (USD) to Omnichannel / modern agent experiences
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language
• Must have experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI
• Expertise in system integration patterns, APIs, middleware, and data architecture.
• Experience with cloud architectures (Azure, AWS) and modern architectural styles (microservices, event-driven).
• Collaborate closely with business, functional, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into holistic solution designs.
• Develop architecture blueprints, system integrations, and data flows ensuring interoperability across front and mid-office systems.
• Develop functional/design specifications for any integrations effecting front , mid and Back office systems
• Support proof of concepts (POCs), technology evaluations, and vendor assessments related to mid-office systems.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture principles.
• Mentor junior architects and technical leads, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven strong solutioning hands on experience in supply chain domains.
• Strong understanding of system integrations and data flows across enterprise applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
