Job Title: Technical Analyst / .NET Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Analyst / .NET Developer with strong C# and ASP.NET Core skills and experience in production application support. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot application issues, perform root-cause analysis, resolve incidents, and maintain technical documentation to ensure application stability and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, maintain, and support .NET applications and services in production.

  • Investigate production incidents, troubleshoot defects, and perform root-cause analysis.

  • Analyze application logs, debug code, and identify underlying technical issues.

  • Coordinate with business users, infrastructure teams, and other stakeholders to resolve incidents.

  • Communicate issue status, resolutions, and technical findings to relevant stakeholders.

  • Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and production support procedures.

  • Support application maintenance, issue resolution, and continuous improvement activities.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience with C# and .NET development.

  • Hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core.

  • Strong production troubleshooting and debugging skills.

  • Experience with root-cause analysis, incident response, and application log analysis.

  • Ability to document technical processes and communicate effectively with technical and business teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting production .NET applications and services.

  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD tools.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in production support environments.

Expected Deliverables

  • Technical documentation.

  • Production support runbooks.

  • Incident troubleshooting and support procedures.

  • Root-cause analysis findings and resolution documentation.
