Power Platform Architect
Location : The candidate should be based in Indianapolis, Indiana, or San Francisco Ca, as this is a hybrid position.

Full Time
Salary $150K

Role Purpose
Establish and enable a scalable, secure, and governed Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem for Customer, supporting the migration and long-term adoption of Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and related platform services.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and socialize Power Platform architecture standards, guardrails, and best practices.
• Design environment strategy, governance model, ALM processes, and security controls.
• Guide application teams on architecture patterns and migration approaches.
• Review solution designs for scalability, maintainability, and compliance.
• Establish standards for integrations, identity, data management, and monitoring.
• Advise on licensing, platform capacity, and environment management.
• Work closely with Customer stakeholders and the MOVE program to ensure platform readiness.
• Drive technical decisions and resolve architecture-related risks and escalations.

Experience

• 8-12+ years in enterprise application/platform architecture.
• 3-5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform experience.
• Experience establishing enterprise governance and platform standards.
