Job Title: Full Stack Developer (AWS | Python/Node.js | React)
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in AWS cloud-native development, primarily focused on backend engineering using Python and Node.js, along with working knowledge of React for frontend development.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a startup mindset, strong ownership, and the ability to design, develop, deploy, and troubleshoot applications independently within an AWS environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS
• Build scalable backend services using Python and Node.js
• Contribute to frontend development using React
• Work with serverless architectures (Lambda, API Gateway, etc.)
• Debug and troubleshoot production issues using logs and monitoring tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, DevOps, product)
• Take end-to-end ownership of features from development to deployment
• Continuously improve system performance, scalability, and reliability
Core Technical Requirements
✅ Must Have
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS ecosystem
◦ Deployment, logging, troubleshooting, and monitoring
• Proficiency in Python and/or Node.js
• Experience with serverless architecture
• Ability to independently work in AWS console and deliver solutions
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
✅ Good to Have
• Working knowledge of React.js
• Experience building full-stack applications
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Understanding of microservices architecture
