Mandatory Certification
Workday Payroll Certification and Workday Absence Management Certification
If coming from Integration track, Workday Integration Certification is mandatory along with clear Payroll and Absence solution exposure
Key Responsibilities
Own end to end solution design across Payroll, Absence and related integrations
Run design workshops and convert decisions into build direction
Guide testing approach for Payroll and Absence including SIT, UAT and parallel readiness
Coordinate dependencies across functional and integration teams
Support cutover and go live stabilization
Must Have Experience
Strong Workday delivery experience with Payroll and Absence focus
Experience planning and supporting payroll testing cycles and parallel payroll runs
Understanding of integration touchpoints including Studio, Core Connectors and EIB
- Ability to lead design discussions with business and technical stakeholders

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
