About this Role
 As a Business Analyst on the Issuance Platform, the incumbent will play a pivotal role in the modernization of card management for financial institutions. This position serves as the critical liaison among clients, product management, and development teams, responsible for translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable specifications for our advanced, cloud-native, and API-first platform. This is a highly dynamic role necessitating a combination of technical proficiency, robust analytical capabilities, and comprehensive knowledge of the payments and card issuance lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Requirements Elicitation: Collaborate extensively with internal and external stakeholders to gather, analyze, and formally document functional and non-functional requirements pertinent to new features and enhancements on the VisionNext platform.
Documentation: Produce comprehensive and meticulously structured documentation, including epics, user stories featuring detailed acceptance criteria, business rules, and process flow diagrams.
Stakeholder Management: Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to ensure unified alignment among all stakeholders regarding project scope, requirements, and priorities.
Solution Design: Partner with the development and Quality Assurance teams to refine requirements, evaluate technical feasibility, and provide support throughout the design and implementation phases of solutions.
Testing and Validation: Contribute to the creation of formal test cases and support the quality assurance process to verify that the delivered solution satisfies the defined business requirements.
Problem-Solving: Investigate and diagnose production incidents, performing thorough root cause analysis to identify and resolve complex business problems.
Agile Collaboration: Participate actively in all stages of the Agile development lifecycle, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
A Bachelor s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
A minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the financial services, fintech, or payments sector.
Demonstrated experience working with card issuance platforms, payment processing, or card management systems.
Profound understanding of the card lifecycle, encompassing cardholder enrollment, authorizations, disputes, and loyalty programs.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) and associated tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Exceptional analytical and critical problem-solving acumen, with meticulous attention to detail.
Superior written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences and vice versa.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, QA, and client-facing units. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with API-based platforms and a thorough understanding of documenting API requirements.
Knowledge of cloud-native technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Experience operating within a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.
Foundational SQL knowledge for data analysis and validation.
