Lead and manage large, complex SAP transformation programs, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery
Drive end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations, with a strong focus on SAP Activate methodology
Plan, execute, and oversee all project phases, releases, and milestones across SAP programs
Manage program-level status, KPIs, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans
Coordinate timelines and delivery checkpoints to meet client expectations and business goals
Collaborate on pre-sales activities, including scoping, proposal development, and solution design
Provide leadership on SAP architecture, integration, business process design, and change management
Engage with senior leadership, customer PMO, and third-party vendors, influencing decisions and outcomes
Plan and manage customer workshops, events, and showcases highlighting SAP solutions, industry trends, and best practices
Drive SAP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes and governance
Provision and configure SAP Cloud ALM tenants for S/4HANA Public Cloud Greenfield implementations
Set up Fit-to-Standard workshops, test cycles, release management, and deployment tracking
Maintain solution process libraries, requirements, tasks, features, backlogs, and environments in Cloud ALM
Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to track project health and delivery metrics
10+ years of overall experience in SAP Program / Project Management
Strong understanding of SAP Best Practices and multiple SAP modules with integration knowledge
Proven experience managing SAP S/4HANA transformation programs
Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud ALM (2 3 years minimum)
Deep knowledge of SAP Activate methodology
Experience with S/4HANA Public Cloud Greenfield implementations
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Ability to manage large, cross-functional, global teams
Experience working with enterprise customers and PMO organizations
