Hiring: ServiceNow ITSM Change Manager Location: RemoteCandidates must reside in one of these states: AL, AR, FL, GA, IL, LA, MI, NH, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WI.

We need visa independent candidates, those who don't need sponsorshipt now or in future (Candidates who are authorized to work in the United States for any employer)

Our Client is seeking a hands-on ServiceNow ITSM Change Manager to lead enterprise Change Management governance, CAB operations, risk mitigation, reporting, and continual service improvement aligned with ITIL best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Own enterprise Change Management processes, governance, and workflows
Lead CAB / Pre-CAB meetings and manage enterprise change lifecycle
Review risk, approvals, scheduling, implementation readiness, and compliance
Manage ServiceNow reporting, KPIs, dashboards, and analytics
Support audits, governance reporting, and operational readiness
Drive process improvements and ITSM alignment
Deliver Change Management training and stakeholder guidance

Required Skills:
Strong ServiceNow Change Management experience
ITSM governance and CAB facilitation expertise
ServiceNow Analytics / Performance Analytics
Power BI and SharePoint experience
Strong reporting, communication, and operational governance skills
7+ years IT experience
ITIL experience preferred

Preferred:
Healthcare IT experience
Release coordination / maintenance scheduling experience
