Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for industrial construction projects
• Perform material takeoffs, pricing, and bid preparation
• Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents
• Conduct site visits and collaborate with field teams
• Solicit and negotiate pricing with subcontractors and suppliers
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and proposal documentation
• Partner with project managers and operations teams to ensure accurate project execution

Project Scope

• Industrial coatings and linings (tanks, pipes, manholes, wet wells, containment systems)
• Waterproofing systems (bentonite, PVC, HDPE)
• Industrial flooring (vinyl, polyurea systems)
• Surface preparation (abrasive blasting, water jetting, lead abatement)
• Concrete rehabilitation (manhole rehab, structural repair, epoxy injection)
• Industrial and specialty painting
• PVC liner systems

Required Qualifications

• Experience estimating coatings, waterproofing, painting, linings, flooring, or surface prep
• Background in water/wastewater or industrial construction projects
• Ability to perform takeoffs, pricing, and bid development
• Experience with Bluebeam (or similar estimating tools)

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as SSPC, NACE/AMPP, OSHA 10
• Experience with municipal or government-funded projects
