Role:- Workforce Software Developer(Integration lead)

Location: Remote

Job Description:

• Configure the Job Scheduler tool from Workforce Software (WFS)
• Develop end-user documentation and training materials for the Job Scheduler tool.
• Deliver end-user training for the Job Scheduler tool.
• Work with companies remotely to deploy WFS Job Scheduler tool.
• Provide Workforce Software (WFS) Time and Labor functional consulting services.
• Work with peers to continuously improve delivery model in an effort to provide the most value to customers while increasing project delivery efficiency.
• Provide status and issue reports to the Project Manager on a regular basis.

Qualifications:

• Must have Level 2 Certification for WFS Config from Workforce Software.
• Must have Job Scheduler Certification from Workforce Software.
• Knowledge of Time and Labor processes.
• Knowledge of WFS database and policy editor.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote model with clients and peers.
• Demonstrated ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• The following would be considered a plus:
• Experience with additional modules (i.e., Payroll, HR Core, Benefits, Absence, etc.).
• Previous Implementation Lead experience.
