We are looking for Full Stack Java Developer for our client in New York, NY

Job Title: Full Stack Java Developer

Job Location: New York, NY

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $55hr - $60hr

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Java/J2EE and modern JavaScript frameworks.
Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Java, Spring, and J2EE technologies.
Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces using Angular and/or React.
Integrate frontend applications with backend services and databases.
Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support defect resolution.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Collaborate with Product Owners, UX, QA, and DevOps teams.
Support application deployment and troubleshoot production issues.
Work within Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Required Skills And Experience:

Backend:

Strong experience in Java and J2EE technologies.
Hands-on experience with Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate/JPA.
Experience developing REST and SOAP web services.
Knowledge of microservices architecture.

Frontend:

Strong experience with Angular and/or React.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Experience in responsive and cross-browser UI development.

Database And Tools:

Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
Working knowledge of Git and build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
Exposure to application security, performance tuning, and scalability.
Understanding of design patterns and SDLC methodologies.

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables.
