JOB DESCRIPTION:
· 84 months experience eliciting business requirements from business customers or system artifacts and maintaining such requirements.
· 84 months experience developing business requirements and process documentation such as use cases, process flows, screen mock-ups, and data dictionaries.
· 84 months experience creating test plans and test cases, executing functional and system tests including regression tests. Ensure appropriate test coverage by mapping system requirements to test cases.
· 84 months identifying and documenting application defects, tracking defects to resolution, and performing retesting as required.
This individual will be expected to participate in the following activities:
· Analyze system documentation and system artifacts to develop an understanding of the associated business process.
· Elicit business system requirements using one or more of the following methods: analyze current processes, interview users, conduct group meetings, review/analyze existing documentation or system artifacts.
· Document and analyze ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ business processes.
· Develop or maintain high-level and detailed system requirements in the form of clear business requirements documents, context diagrams, process flow diagrams, data dictionaries, and use cases.
· Develop or maintain test plans and detailed test cases.
