Sourcing Recruiter
12 Month Contract
On-site
Group: Info structure services. Team recruits for the Info structure services that Cloud, cloud services, computing services that customers get from web services The org they recruit for has the ownership of the entire info structure for that: data centers or engineers.

Can you give me a little detail about your team culture?
- Collaborative as well as individual desk time
- Ppl engaging team, hiring, sourcing candidates. Lots of individual conversation with those candidates and with HM's to understand the needs
- Intake, understand the needs and then build a plan backwards to do that
- Work with the direct/ indirect customer
- Reaching out to candidates.
- Lots of dialogue/ conversations.
- Accepted to share learnings- having fun.
- Sometimes team members have different

2 different types of customers for these Contractors:
Business side (internal customer) - HM who is providing the actual assignment you are going to be working on to hire. A lot of times this Sourcer will be working with the lead recruiter to get this information.
Candidate element: majority of the time the sourcer will reach out to candidate (email, virtual). At least a 3rd of that will be a conversation with the candidates.
Reason of request?
30% Increase in hiring demand for AIS business, expanded temporary resources needed to cover the additional workload
Training/ Ramp- up
Ramp time should take 45-day ramp but there will be different tasks they will be certified to act on throughout the 45 days. A couple of weeks in they will start to do different engagement activities. - Depends on past experience.
