Program Oversight Lead
Location: Missouri (onsite client environment; specific location provided during screening)

Overview
We are seeking a Program Oversight Lead to support a large-scale public sector transformation initiative. This role will be responsible for independent program oversight, executive reporting, risk monitoring, and governance activities across a complex enterprise program environment.
The ideal candidate will bring experience supporting large ERP, enterprise modernization, or digital transformation programs and have a strong background in program governance, quality assurance, PMO, IV&V, or oversight functions.
Responsibilities
• Lead independent program oversight activities across schedule, performance, risk, and delivery workstreams
• Conduct program health assessments and identify emerging risks, issues, and dependencies
• Maintain and facilitate RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) management processes
• Develop executive-level reports, dashboards, and briefing materials for senior leadership and oversight stakeholders
• Monitor program performance against established objectives, milestones, and governance standards
• Support escalation management and resolution tracking across multiple stakeholder groups
• Assess program controls, compliance activities, and governance processes
• Collaborate with program leadership, PMO teams, vendors, and client stakeholders to drive transparency and accountability
• Synthesize complex findings into actionable recommendations and executive-ready communications
Qualifications
• 7+ years of consulting experience supporting enterprise programs, ERP implementations, or large-scale transformation initiatives
• Experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V)
• Program Management Office (PMO)
• Quality Assurance (QA)
• Program Governance or Independent Oversight
• Strong experience managing RAID logs, program health assessments, risk management, and escalation processes
• Experience developing executive-level reporting and presenting findings to senior stakeholders
• Familiarity with public sector governance, audits, controls, and oversight environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting state or federal government programs
• Background in ERP modernization initiatives
• Experience working within highly regulated or compliance-driven environments
• PMP, PgMP, PMI-RMP, CSM, or related certifications are a plus
