Mid-Level Systems Administrator
Location: Denver Metro Area (100% Onsite)
Type: Direct Hire / Full-Time
Compensation: $85,000 – $115,000 + Benefits
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Systems Administrator, you will support and enhance the organization’s core IT infrastructure, including:
- Administer and support Windows Server and Active Directory environments
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and Group Policy
- Support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Assist with Azure and cloud-based systems
- Help maintain and troubleshoot network components (switches, routers, Wi-Fi, VPN)
- Monitor system performance, security, and availability
- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and infrastructure projects
- Write and maintain basic PowerShell scripts for automation and reporting
- Troubleshoot Tier 2/3 technical issues and collaborate on complex cases
- Work with vendors and internal stakeholders as needed
- Document systems, processes, and procedures

Required Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in systems administration or infrastructure support
- Strong experience with Windows Server and Active Directory
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals
- Experience supporting users and business systems in a corporate environment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to Azure or other cloud platforms
- Experience with PowerShell scripting
- Background in MSP or fast-paced IT environments
- Experience with storage, backup, or virtualization platforms
