Summary

The Software Support Engineer is responsible for the successful implementation, management, and ongoing support of client applications in production environments. The role ensures that all services meet quality, security, and compliance standards while providing Level II/Level III support. The engineer will document processes, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, implement automation for repetitive tasks, and proactively monitor systems to prevent incidents. This role requires strong technical expertise in .NET Core, Angular, and MS SQL, combined with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and maintain client applications in production environments.
  • Provide Level II/Level III support to address technical issues and ensure seamless service availability.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and database issues efficiently.
  • Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline repetitive operational tasks.
  • Design, configure, and maintain monitoring dashboards and alerts for proactive system health management.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams to identify and resolve root causes of recurring issues.
  • Document technical solutions, support procedures, and configuration changes for ongoing maintenance.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving application performance, security, and reliability.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices relevant to the software stack.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Strong experience with .NET Core 3 or higher, Angular, and MS SQL.
  • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning of applications and databases.
  • Familiarity with automation tools, monitoring dashboards, and alerting mechanisms.
  • Understanding of security, compliance, and quality standards for enterprise applications.
