Note:- Need to work on weekends or off hours to provide hands and feet support as needed.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced End User Computing (EUC) Support Engineer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience providing desktop, laptop, and end-user support in a corporate environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, operating system, and application issues while delivering exceptional customer service to end users.

Required Skills
3–5 years of experience in End User Computing (EUC), Desktop Support, or Technical Support.
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems.
Experience supporting Microsoft Office 365 products.
Hands-on experience with Active Directory user administration.
Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.
Knowledge of desktop hardware troubleshooting and peripheral support.
Basic understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi.
Strong communication, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced support environment.
