Position Summary...The Senior Data Analyst, IROCC will build tools and apps to proactively identify risks in Ethics and Compliance programs. This is a global role providing analytics support to Ethics and Compliance subject matter experts (SMEs) across all the markets in which we operate.
What you'll do...- Process data from disparate data platforms, build and support BI dashboards that help the SME's identify risk in their programs and measure maturity.
- Draw insights and correlations from the data and communicate the results to the SMEs in business terms.
- Translate business problems into data related or mathematical solutions.
- Identify appropriate modeling techniques for complex problems with large scale, multiple structured and unstructured data sets.
- Develop newer techniques (for example, advanced machine learning algorithms, auto ML) by leveraging the latest trends in machine learning and artificial intelligence to train algorithms to apply models to new data sets.
- Conduct research to benchmark industry best practices and leverage technological solutions to better manage risk within each area of focus.
- Create the data for reporting on key performance metrics for compliance programs for each area of focus.
What you'll bring.... - Strong knowledge of mathematics, particularly statistics.
- The ability to code using R or Python and have working knowledge of at least one of the following: SAS, MATLAB, R, Python, SQL, VBA, etc.
- Experience producing clear and impactful visualizations in support of complex cases.
- Proficiency using tools like Power BI, Tableau, Tableau Prep, BigQuery.
- Skilled in making complex and difficult matters simple and easily understood.
- Experience conducting exploratory analysis including hypothesis testing, statistical inference, and statistical analysis (predictive and/or prescriptive).
- Adept at partnering with Ethics and Compliance stakeholders to translate challenging business problems into state-of-the-art data science solutions.
- Experience developing processes and tools that monitor, analyze and continuously improve model performance and data accuracy.
- Effective verbal and written communications skills
- Adept at presenting findings clearly and professionally -- in writing and verbally.
- Ability to execute, with strong discipline and organizational skills; someone who gets things done.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret insights coming from various initiatives and have a mindset for continuous learning and improvement.
- Proven track record to solve problems through mathematical and deductive reasoning.
- Consistently high standards -- your passion for quality is inherent in everything you do.
- Proven ability as a full stack data analyst who develops, optimizes, and scales models for the production environment.
- Professional experience with languages used to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets (e.g. Python, R, SQL, etc.).
- Proficiency in using database technologies and distributed datastores (e.g. SQL, NoSQL).
- You are structured in your thought process and can break down large problems into smaller simpler problems.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
