Business Process Engineer

• Experience with modeling technical workflows/data flows
• Proven experience developing complex current-state process maps, including both human and system steps
• Ability to conduct quantitative root cause analysis (Pareto, failure modes, regression-based impact analysis)

Weare looking for a Business Process Engineer with a strong blend of pharmacydomain knowledge, technical skills, and process improvement expertise. Thisrole will lead process transformation initiatives across pharmacy operations,working closely with IT, operations, and compliance teams to implementscalable, data-driven solutions. Six Sigma Black Belt certification isrequired.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Analyze, design, and optimize end-to-end pharmacy workflows across operational, clinical, and enterprise-level functions.
• Lead process improvement initiatives using Six Sigma, Lean, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Collaborate with IT and analytics teams to implement automation, data-driven insights, and workflow enhancements (such as RPA and AI driven process improvements)
• Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and compliance gaps, and propose innovative, measurable solutions, using tools like SQL or similar for reporting and insights.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor process performance and improvements.
• Conduct workshops, training, and knowledge transfer sessions to ensure process adoption.
• Support change management initiatives and embed a culture of operational excellence.

RequiredSkills:

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in process improvement, business process engineering, or operational excellence, preferably in pharmacy or healthcare operations.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy workflows, compliance requirements, and pharmacy management systems (preferred)
• Technical aptitude with exposure to process mapping, workflow automation, and data analytics tools (e.g., Visio, RPA).
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization, SQL, Excel, etc.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional, matrixed environment.
