Experience Required

• Project Management: 6–9 years of overall IT project management experience
• Tool expertise: Mix of advanced and intermediate-level experience across required platforms

• GENESIS – Contract Center (Advanced level)

Secondary / Supporting Skills

• SAP Cloud for Customer (SAP C4C) — Intermediate
• Salesforce Service Cloud — Intermediate

Role Overview

The IT Project Manager will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of IT initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive project planning, execution, and successful delivery of IT programs
• Build and manage detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings and maintain alignment across business and technical teams
• Track project risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively implement mitigation plans
• Monitor progress and provide regular status reporting to leadership and stakeholders
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality expectations and business objectives
