Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle EBS Programmer Analyst with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2+, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Linux environments, and PL/SQL development.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience developing, supporting, and enhancing Oracle EBS HR and Financial modules, including Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Purchasing, iRecruitment, Human Resources, and Time & Labor.

This role requires strong technical and analytical skills, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in an Agile development environment.

Must-Have Technical Skills

  • 8+ years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2 or above.

  • Strong experience with Linux server environments hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

  • Hands-on development experience with Oracle EBS Financial modules:

    • Accounts Payable (AP)

    • General Ledger (GL)

    • Purchasing (PO)

  • Experience with Oracle EBS HR modules:

    • iRecruitment

    • Human Resources (HR)

    • Time & Labor

  • Strong proficiency in:

    • Oracle Forms & Reports

    • Oracle JDeveloper (Java)

    • Oracle Workflow Builder

    • Oracle PL/SQL

  • 8+ years of experience in Systems Analysis and Design.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Azure DevOps

  • VA Cardinal HR and/or Financial System

  • Power BI Paginated Reports

  • Power BI Desktop Reports and Dashboards

  • Microsoft Visio, SharePoint, and Office applications

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain Oracle EBS 12.2+ applications.

  • Support HR and Financial Oracle EBS modules.

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Design, develop, test, debug, and implement application enhancements.

  • Perform production support, system maintenance, and administration.

  • Develop and execute unit and system testing and support UAT.

  • Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and implementation procedures.

  • Collaborate with Agile development teams and ensure compliance with coding standards.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience OR

  • Master's degree with 8+ years of experience.

  • Strong hands-on Oracle EBS development experience is mandatory.

  • RTR is required for submission.
