Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Appian Certified Developer (Level 2) to design, develop, and deploy enterprise business applications using Appian s low-code platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Appian SAIL interfaces, process modeling, and system integrations, along with a solid Agile background.

NOTE: Appian Level 2 Certification is required and must be verified. A copy of the certification must be provided with the resume.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Appian applications using SAIL and Process Models

• Build and maintain integrations with external systems using APIs and web services

• Optimize UI performance, usability, and responsiveness

• Develop and execute unit and integration tests

• Collaborate with business analysts and QA teams to validate solutions

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning activities

• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing Appian applications

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Appian Level 2 Senior Developer Certification (Required)

• 8+ years of experience in:

  • Agile/Scrum methodology

  • Application design, development, and analytical work

  • Cross-functional collaboration and communication

• 3+ years of hands-on Appian or low-code platform development experience

• Strong expertise in Appian SAIL, Process Models, and integrations

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GAMS (Government Acquisition Management Suite)

• Prior experience working in regulated or public-sector environments

Education

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field
  OR

• Equivalent professional experience (High School Diploma required)

Work Location & Schedule

• Primary Location: Austin, TX

• Work Arrangement: Telework / Remote

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (excluding holidays)

• Occasional work outside normal business hours (evenings/weekends) may be required with prior approval
