Program Manager @ Austin, TX

Introduction:

Our client is seeking a Program Manager for a full-time position in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial banking, although this is not a requirement.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee multiple projects within the program to ensure objectives are met on time and within budget
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project success
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery
• Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders
• Lead and motivate project team members to achieve project goals
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a program manager
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience creating and maintaining project plans
• Ability to identify and mitigate project risks
• Excellent problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in financial banking industry
• Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, etc.)
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
