Job Title: HR Specialist/Talent Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• This position supports the talent acquisition and attraction functions by coordinating a white glove experience for all candidates, new hires, and internal teams, assisting with providing a seamless hiring process.  Coordinates all pre-employment processes and bridging the gap between hiring and onboarding new associates.

 Additional Responsibilities

• Provides a seamless and white glove experience for all candidates, new hires, and internal teams.
• Partners with key team members to ensure proper interview scheduling and coordination.
• Coordinates all pre-employment activities for candidates: Launches and monitors pre-employment background check and drug screening processes, processes new hires in ATS (Workday), initiates I-9 processes, and partners with HR operations to ensure all new hire paperwork is completed.
• Serves as the connection between the talent and onboarding/culture teams, ensuring we provide a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved.
• Keeps team documents and resources organized and up to date.
• Prepares and maintains hiring manager and applicant related correspondence.
• Performs additional responsibilities consistent with the scope and level of the role, as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years human recourses experience or bachelor’s degree in lieu of experience.
• High school diploma (or equivalent)              

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Associate''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''s degree.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in routine interactions, actively listen to understand needs, and adapt messaging to support team collaboration.
• Ability to analyze information, identify routine challenges, and partner with others to implement solutions.

• Workday experience.
• Knowledge of labor markets, talent pipelining, and sourcing strategies.
• Ability to handle sensitive employee and candidate information confidentially and comply with applicable privacy, confidentiality, and data protection requirements.
