Location: Richmond, VA - Onsite Role

Candidates must have a MCSE or equivalent certification.

Job Description:

This position supports Client s in engineering, deploying, securing, and administering Windows 11 endpoints across an 8,000+ device environment using SCCM, automation, and modern endpoint management frameworks. The role collaborates closely with senior engineering staff to deliver secure, reliable, and efficient workstation services statewide.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of proven work experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor s degree in computer science or information technology.
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or equivalent certification.
  • 5+ years of proven work experience in a similar role may be considered in lieu of degree or certification.
  • Proven experience in complex troubleshooting with an emphasis on Microsoft Operating and Windows software applications, as well as an advanced knowledge of the Windows registry.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, Entra ID join models, and identity-based management.
  • Proven working knowledge of scripting including batch, PowerShell, and Visual Basic. An aptitude for streamlining processes through scripting and light programming to increase productivity and minimize errors.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
