Summary

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts and build long-term strategic relationships.
Regularly visit client offices to engage with hiring managers, technology leaders, and business stakeholders, understand hiring priorities, and strengthen client relationships.
Proactively identify new hiring needs and expand business within existing accounts.
Conduct regular meetings with client managers to gather feedback on consultants, discuss upcoming requirements, and resolve issues promptly.
Partner with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of open positions.
Drive account growth through consultant placements, SOW opportunities, and strategic account expansion.
Monitor consultant performance and client satisfaction, addressing escalations as needed.
Lead business reviews and provide hiring pipeline, delivery, and market insights to clients.
Negotiate commercial terms, rates, and contract extensions.
Meet revenue, margin, and client satisfaction targets.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Account Management or Client Partner roles.
Strong experience managing Direct Clients and SOW engagements.
Excellent relationship management and stakeholder communication skills.
Strong understanding of the recruiting process.
Experience working with banking, financial services, or technology clients is preferred.
Ability to collaborate effectively with recruitment and delivery teams.
