Position : Senior MDM Developer (Stibo STEP)

Duration : Fulltime
Location : 4 days onsite Irving, TX (Hybrid)

DETAILS :

We are seeking a Senior MDM Developer with strong expertise in Stibo STEP to design, develop, and support enterprise Master Data Management solutions. This role will focus on product data management, workflow automation, data quality, integrations, and supporting manufacturing and eCommerce initiatives.

Required Skills :

7+ years of MDM development experience
5+ years of hands-on Stibo STEP experience
Experience in Manufacturing, Product Data, or eCommerce environments
Strong knowledge of:
Stibo STEP workflows, business rules, and exports
Data modeling and data governance
JSON integrations and APIs
SQL development
Azure Data Factory (ADF)
Azure Event Hub
Experience integrating MDM platforms with ERP, Salesforce, eCommerce, search, and downstream systems

Key Responsibilities :

Design and develop MDM solutions using Stibo STEP
Build and optimize workflows, business rules, validations, and JSON exports
Develop product data models and support Auto Care standards
Implement data quality controls, governance, and stewardship processes
Build integrations using ADF and Event Hub
Support data delivery to eCommerce, search, ERP, CRM, and analytics platforms
Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize MDM processes
Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable master data solutions

Preferred :

Experience with Product Information Management (PIM)
Manufacturing or Automotive industry experience
Azure cloud integration experience
Knowledge of Auto Care standards
