Summary

Seeking a Sustainability Project Specialist to support project management, analytics, and sustainability initiatives. The role requires strong expertise in Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions, waste management, and ESG practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage sustainability projects, timelines, and deliverables
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (operations, engineering, procurement, etc.)
Provide insights on emissions (Scope 1, 2, 3), waste reduction, and sustainability strategies
Conduct data analysis, benchmarking, and reporting
Prepare dashboards, presentations, and leadership updates

Required Skills:

Strong project management experience
Experience in sustainability / ESG / environmental domain
Knowledge of GHG emissions (Scope 1, 2, 3) and waste management
Strong Excel, data analysis, and reporting skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Preferred:

Pharma / healthcare / manufacturing experience
Experience with large datasets or environmental compliance systems
