Staffing - Process Technician I

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team at our Hickory location. This role involves working in a manufacturing environment, applying scientific and technological principles to ensure efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and planning of layouts for processes such as hardening, washing, laminating, etching, engraving, polishing, and plating.
• Plan the sequence of operations and specify procedures for preparing basic materials.
• Conduct tests and measurements during production to control variables like temperature, density, specific gravity, pressure, and viscosity.
• Follow defined procedures and propose basic solutions to routine problems.
• Work under close supervision and follow instructions for routine tasks.
• Recommend actions to improve efficiency and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree.
• 0-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Basic understanding of job aspects and familiarity with relevant terminology and procedures.
• Ability to perform duties within prescribed timeframes.
