**Key Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years in industrial controls or factory automation.
- Proven experience with Servo design and advanced motion control systems troubleshooting.
- Expertise in Rockwell ControlLogix PLC programming.
- Hands-on experience with PLC-based hardware design.
- Flexibility to work beyond standard hours to ensure seamless operations during modifications.
- Commissioning and programming expertise.
- Strong customer interaction skills and the ability to work in a matrix structure.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship not available.
