Job Description


The Communications Program Manager supports the Cloud Supply Chain & Procurement (CSCP) organization by delivering end-to-end communications, content design, and execution in support of business initiatives. The role partners with cross-functional teams, business leaders, and subject matter experts to deliver clear, engaging, and high-impact communications that enable coordinated business rhythms and organizational alignment.

Responsibilities:



  • Design and execute communication plans supporting CSCP transformation initiatives.

  • Develop content across channels, including newsletters, presentations, SharePoint sites, and executive updates, ensuring consistent messaging aligned to priorities and leadership narratives.

  • Create visually engaging presentation decks, executive materials, and storytelling assets that translate complex concepts into clear, business-ready messaging.

  • Manage recurring communications and campaigns, including monthly transformation updates, organizational newsletters, awareness campaigns, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

  • Coordinate timelines, workbacks, and stakeholder inputs to meet delivery dates.

  • Build and maintain SharePoint sites with structured navigation and user-friendly layouts to centralize content and improve discoverability.

  • Ensure communications integrate across email, SharePoint, Teams, Viva, and related platforms.

  • Partner with program managers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to gather inputs and align messaging; provide guidance to socialize initiatives.

  • Serve as a central coordinator for communications requests and execution.

  • Develop executive-ready summaries, status reports, year-end reviews, and leadership briefings; synthesize insights with modern tools to improve reporting efficiency.

  • Leverage Copilot, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook newsletter tools, Amplify, and Viva to streamline communications; evaluate emerging AI to enhance content creation and insight generation.

  • Continuously improve processes to drive a predictable rhythm of business in a fast-paced environment.


Required Skills & Qualifications:



  • Strong communications and storytelling expertise, including executive communications and organizational messaging.

  • Proficiency with Copilot, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook newsletter tools, Amplify, and Viva.

  • Graphic design and content layout capabilities with attention to detail and execution rigor.

  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders and to translate complex concepts into clear messages.

  • Familiarity with transformation programs and large-scale change initiatives.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training preferred.

  • 10+ years of related experience, including supporting executive audiences; experience in large technology environments is preferred.

  • big tech experience - Google, Meta, Amazon etc.

Preferred Skills:



  • Experience operating in complex, global organizations and matrixed stakeholder environments.

  • Background in supply chain, procurement, or cloud infrastructure communications.
