Job Title: Learning Analytics Analyst

Job Location: Durham, NC

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Develop and enhance dashboards to provide insights into learner progress, compliance, and training effectiveness.
Translate complex datasets into actionable insights using data storytelling techniques.
Build KPI-driven dashboards to highlight trends, risks, and performance metrics.
Define data requirements and collaborate with data engineering teams for integration and modeling.
Ensure accurate integration of learning and business data into centralized data systems.
Identify data gaps and support data governance initiatives.
Support the development of standardized KPIs and performance metrics.
Analyze data to drive improvements in training programs and readiness planning.
Automate and standardize compliance reporting processes.
Maintain dashboards to track compliance risks and completion trends.
Support analytics skill development and share best practices for data visualization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage analytics initiatives.
Document metrics, data lineage, and dashboard usage guidelines.
Support knowledge-sharing and mentoring activities.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain analytics dashboards and reports.
Ensure data accuracy, integration, and governance.
Provide insights to improve training effectiveness.
Support compliance reporting and audit readiness.
Collaborate with stakeholders across teams.

Should Have:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Skills:

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
Knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques.
Understanding of data integration and data governance practices.
Strong data storytelling and reporting skills.

Qualification And Education:

Bachelor s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
