DescriptionNous recherchons un(e) consultant(e) analyste d'affaires intermdiaire pour appuyer des quipes produit et projets dans un contexte de transformation et d'volution de solutions d'affaires.
Le ou la consultant(e) interviendra l'interface entre les parties prenantes d'affaires et les quipes TI afin de clarifier les besoins, structurer les exigences et soutenir la livraison de valeur dans un environnement collaboratif et agile.
Objectifs du mandat
Comprendre et formaliser les besoins d'affaires
Traduire ces besoins en exigences claires, structures et actionnables
Soutenir le PO et les quipes de ralisation dans la priorisation et la livraison
Contribuer l'amlioration continue des processus et des solutions
Responsabilits principales
Analyse et comprhension des besoins:
Animer des ateliers
Recueillir, analyser et challenger les besoins
Documenter les processus AS-IS / TO-BE
Identifier enjeux, dpendances et risques
Dfinition et gestion des exigences:
Rdiger exigences d'affaires, user stories, critres d'acceptation
Maintenir la traabilit
Collaborer au raffinement du backlog avec le PO
Soutien la livraison:
Point de contact affaires pour l'quipe de ralisation
Clarifier en continu les besoins
Participer aux crmonies agiles
Valider les livrables
Amlioration continue:
Proposer des amliorations aux processus et solutions
Contribuer l'volution des pratiques d'analyse
Assurer la documentation et le transfert de connaissances

Job Description - Intermediate Business Analyst ConsultantWe are looking for an
intermediate business analyst consultant to support product teams and project teams in a context of transformation and evolution of business solutions.
The consultant will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams to clarify needs, structure requirements, and support value delivery in a collaborative and agile environment.
Mandate Objectives- Understand and formalize business needs
- Translate these needs into clear, structured, actionable requirements
- Support the PO and delivery teams in prioritization and execution
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and solutions
Main ResponsibilitiesBusiness Needs Analysis & Understanding- Facilitate workshops
- Gather, analyze, and challenge requirements
- Document AS-IS / TO-BE processes
- Identify issues, dependencies, and risks
Requirements Definition & Management- Write business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Maintain requirements traceability
- Collaborate with the PO on backlog refinement
Delivery Support- Act as the business point of contact for the delivery team
- Provide continuous clarification of needs
- Participate in Agile ceremonies
- Validate deliverables
Continuous Improvement- Recommend process and solution improvements
- Contribute to the evolution of business analysis practices
- Ensure proper documentation and knowledge transfer
