Summary

Hiring: Lead Applied AI Engineer

Key Requirements:

7+ years in AI/ML Engineering, Applied AI or Software Engineering
Strong hands-on experience with LLMs, Foundation Models, RAG and Agentic AI
Production experience designing, building and deploying AI solutions
RAG pipelines: document onboarding, metadata, chunking, retrieval, reranking, grounding and citations
Agentic workflows, tool integration, secure tool execution and human approval
Model selection, prompt/context optimization and model routing
AI evaluation, quality, groundedness, safety, latency and cost optimization
APIs, cloud, containers, CI/CD and enterprise integrations
AI observability, monitoring, incident response and rollback
Responsible AI, security, privacy, model risk and data protection
Strong technical leadership, architecture reviews and mentoring
Financial services / regulated environment experience is highly valuable
