Location: Juno Beach, Florida (Onsite)
Role Overview
This role involves analyzing business processes and practices to design and implement information technology solutions that meet customer needs. The position requires specialized expertise to interpret business issues, recommend best practices, and identify innovative solutions for complex problems. The consultant will work independently on most tasks and may lead functional teams or projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead solution design workshops for Production Planning (PP).
- Review and leverage existing GRS production planning processes.
- Configure SAP PP and Materials Management (MM) solutions for NAPS CCL.
- Design MRP and procurement integration processes.
- Support master data design, including BOMs, routings, work centers, and material masters.
- Develop functional specifications and support SIT/UAT testing cycles.
- Collaborate with QA teams to define test scenarios and validate solutions.
- Conduct user training and knowledge transfer.
- Support go-live planning, cutover activities, and hypercare stabilization.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of implemented solutions.
Required Qualifications
Education: A bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration is required.
Experience: 10+ years of SAP PP implementation experience. 6-10 years of experience in business analysis, IT systems analysis, and technology implementation.
Technical Skills:- Expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) including Production Orders, MRP, Material Planning, BOM Management, Routings, Work Centers, Production Versions, Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Execution, and Production Confirmations.
- Proficiency in SAP Materials Management (MM) including Procurement Process Integration, Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Inventory Management, Goods Receipts/Issues, STO, Inter-Plant Transfers, Material Master Management, and Vendor Integration.
- Strong understanding of project management processes and principles.
- Experience in manufacturing, repair, refurbishment, or maintenance operations.
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools such as SAP, BOBJ, and BPC.
- Experience with requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, and functional specification development.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA PP is preferred.
- Experience with SAP PP/MM integration with FI/CO.
