Job Summary

Experienced Product Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of complex, integration-heavy platforms. This role requires strong ownership of Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), the ability to operate independently, and close collaboration with engineering and cross-functional teams to drive execution and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept through launch and ongoing iteration
• Drive clear, high-quality PRDs, articulating requirements with minimal supervision
• Lead product decision-making across features, workflows, and system integrations
• Develop a strong end-to-end understanding of business, technical, and user impact, especially for high-impact initiatives
• Define and track product metrics to measure performance, adoption, reliability, and business value
• Prioritize roadmap items based on business goals, customer needs, technical complexity, and resource constraints
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, QA, platform, compliance, and stakeholder teams to ensure alignment and delivery
• Operate with a high level of independence, making informed trade-offs and progressing work without heavy reliance on peers
• Understand solution architecture well enough to clearly explain design choices and guide execution
• Translate requirements into actionable deliverables that enable efficient team execution
• Serve as the primary point of contact for product decisions and communicate progress clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
